Happy Friday, except we’re working early tomorrow for a deadline. Sigh.

Still keeping with shorter walks, 2.47 miles, but did a twenty minute row after.

Blob up, muscle down, but okay. Long day, yesterday, expect another today. Unlike yesterday, I will have a proper lunch today. Got derailed yesterday and had very little fruit/veggie content.

First call starts at 7:30AM. I’m fairly sure that should be illegal. It also seems I will be working later than 2:00PM today which irritates me to no end.
