Maintenance
Breakfast : eggs (2)
Lunch : protein (2) + veggies + carbs (<120gr)
Pre-wo : honeynsalt (5-10ml) / fruits
Dinner : protein (2-3)

Cutting : just cut some portion n preferably leaner protein, seasoning n sauces

Lunch n dinner menus can be swapped
134.0 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
