This years post winter diet which I tend to start in Feb (mostly to ensure Christmas beer and food is gone) is proving the easiest ever - Hardly any hunger pangs. I have just started exercising by walking 10000 steps or more each day and planning to slowly build up to jogging when I'm closer to my target weight
My BMI is now 25.4 it was 27.5 end of Jan.
