It's a beautiful morning. Partly sunny. High near 65 this afternoon. Im getting outside for some fresh air before the rains start back tonight. Sometimes its just good to decompress in nature. I need it. Had my typical breakfast and not sure my stomach was ready for it. Light light supper tonight I think. I need to go to the grocery store and get some more fresh spinach, okra, carrots, peas, cottage cheese, what else... I need to get out and putter. That always clears my mind lol. Hope everyone has a great Saturday. Breathe! oh, and as an afterthought I'm feeling better about myself than I have in a long time. It's amazing what a difference a few pounds can make. I've lost 40!
