Well, it’s been 9 years since I found this community. I wanted to loose weight. Then I wanted to stay healthy. I still want to stay healthy but I also want to be able to navigate our failing health system and keep my sanity intact. It’s been a very difficult 19 months and I have struggled to get through it. And all I can see ahead of me is a continuous fight to maintain my health. But I will continue to fight because no one else can do it for me. Happy Wednesday my friends. 💜
