I lost 4 pounds according to the gym scale and 6 according to my bathroom. I am posting 4. Either way I am seriously in a good place. Eating soup and applesauce seems to be the trick and getting braces so the only thing I can eat is soup and applesauce also helped. Ha! I am a middle aged woman with braces. Late bloomer I guess.
