I am surprised & happy that the scale went down, I really didn't think it would with all that's been going on I have been so busy and have not paid that much attention to what I would eat and when. I also have not been on here to read or journal I just entered what I ate and turned the computer off, so I am sorry about that will try and do better. Have a great Sunday everyone.
