That's great!I remember years ago I lost 40 pounds, from 169 to 129. Was 129 for one day and it was the day I had a new drivers license. I then stayed in a range of 132 to 135 for a couple years and was fine with that. Now I be thrilled to get back to 169! But there is always a number in our mind
