Back from vacation. Gave myself one day to readjust and weighed in this morning. I didn't hit my goal of weighing 2 pounds less, but I am down 1.4, so it's not as bad as I feared. Each of our hotels had a breakfast buffet. I had a hard time at the breakfast buffet every day. I was good about staying away from carbs, but I ate more than I should have, I think. But, I did a lot of walking each day. I think I was averaging around 17K steps per day.
Eleven days to hit my goal of 178. Four pounds to go.
