I have been over quota a lot this past week. Mostly due to eating lunch out with my boss and random snacking. I have tried not to let it go too far overboard but the scale crept up anyway. Expected at least. Workouts are steady and keep wanting to work on something completely new but just need to figure that out. 🤔
