Wow this weekend kicked my butt went up
5 pounds
180.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It was my Birthday weekend I had cake , food , beer and this morning I looked at the scale and got scared 😱
