these days my lose rate pretty weird!
i lost every day!!while in past months i lost weight so slowly
do you think i need a check up?! or just i should be happy for it?
129.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's normal, sometimes if you have lost weight a little to fast your Body needs time to adjust to it, once it's used to it, you will lose weight fast again and so on - always happens to me, you just need a lot of perseverance in those "getting-used-to-it-times" ;)
