I'm so glad that someone here gave you the motivation to carry on!!! That's what this community is supposed to be all about. Good on you for not slipping! 👏👏👏 I am VERY proud of you!!! 🙂 For me, personally, I know I'm a sugar/carb addict. Me having a little taste of something is like a crackhead smoking just a little bit of crack. It just doesn't happen.

Lady it is literally one day at a time. Keep in mind that it only takes 5-10 minutes of unhealthy yummy food to derail a week of good work. What i told myself is that is it worth it for a few minutes to work for a week to get rid of? Also, if you post the food before you actually eat it it may help you stay on track as well. You can see the fat, protein, carbs, calories etc. then, if it is an unhealthy choice, logging it prior to ingesting may help you. Also, when those feelings come over drink a full 8 oz glass of water. It may help. I have a food addiction. Had it for 30-40 years. Been mostly successful till past few years in managing it so these were some of the tricks i use to move my brain away from those thoughts. You deserve to have a healthy body and i believe you will accomplish what you are striving for. You’ve got this.

Lady D! My recovering alcoholic hubby calls that "stinkin' thinkin'" and the fix for it is exactly what you did, reach out to your support hub, immerse yourself in a positive environment that supports your goals. So, you are on track to a healthier you. Not only physically but mentally. Fighting those demons is a job better shared than tackled alone. You are doing great!

🫶 I love walking in the mornings. I don’t feel weighed down with food and fluids, and I feel great about myself getting it done ✔️

Thank you, I made it through and woke up to a little half pound budge on the scale. My hypothalamus must have been all atwitter with the pending fat loss. "No! We might need that later! We could die! Eat some toast, quickly. Now. Really. Now!" 🤣
