Need to add exercise to the program

Loving the Organic Vegtables and cannot wait for my cookbook Deliciously Ella and my Spiralizer to arrive

Bit naughty with the cold meze last night but my husband wanted kebab
214.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
