:o) Welcome on board. I have an underfunction of the thyroid gale. New research shows that the glycemic index is a very important number for ppl with my condition. Since I limit the amount of food with a gi above 50 to 50 gramm a day max I really see a difference in my weight loss. Carbs with a gi under 50 are completely ok for me.
