I am so mad about the gain. I know what to do, and I know how to do it, but this addiction to sugar is really hurting me.
I have finally gotten my sleep schedule under control and I am now on the right shift that fits into the needs I have at home. I have stable income that will help me meal plan and have the things I need to eat right in the home. I have a four week weening process to kick the junk and inflammatory foods out of the house progressively over time rather than quitting cold turkey and triggering a binge.
