Hey all. First of August and I didn't quite make my goal but I feel good about where I'm at. The weight loss has slowed down mainly due to some personal things I'm going through, but I'm still motivated to keep losing. I'm nearly to a few minor goals I set for myself. I had put a mark on a belt I have and am only one hole away from meeting that goal. I'm psyched about that! I seem to stall every 10 pounds, but looking back I think I actually look at each 10 pounds as a minor goal and relax the diet for a few days. I'm finding I can actually balance my meals pretty well by eating out or eating something I consider an "indulgence" and not gain. Simply returning to the way we *should* be eating and keeping up with the exercise keeps things on track. I love it and am excited about coming *finally* close to my ultimate goal. I have a feeling I'm going to be revising it once I meet it, but for now I'm happily moving along. Have a great weekend all!
