I started at 168lbs on March 25th. I've been doing keto with intermittent fasting so I skip breakfast everyday except Sunday. giving up sugar wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I am/was a serious sugar addict so I'm shocked that I'm not missing my cookies and Hershey bars as much as I thought I would. I'm getting creative with my big salads. makes it alot easier to prep all my vegies and have them ready to go in big ziplock bags so when I'm ready for a salad I just toss stuff in a bowl. I did have a couple very small slices of home made pizza last week but I'm still on track. Ive noticed I'm not feeling bloated all the time anymore and that feels great. I drink a giant glass of lemon water with ACV, cinnamon and swerve sweetener everyday. tastse like lemondade.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
