Running a straight 850 calorie deficit per day. Sometimes more on Monday and Wednesday when I do two gym visits. Weight loss is keeping pace with the caloric deficit.

I will have to slow it down in another 4 pounds as the available fat will start my body harvesting energy from my proteins instead of fat reserves.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
