I'm not letting this gain get me down.

what's 2.7? That could be the cake I ate, that could also be the aerobics classes that I have been going to, I've been to 5 classes in the past week. I could have gained some muscle. I could also be retaining water, did anyone get the memo? It frigin HAWT and HUMID! he he he
I just have to work harder, I have to keep focused, I have to count my points. Gawd! I hate counting points, although I know it's good to count points, and it keeps me focused when I count points but sometimes a person just wants to eat healthy and not worry about counting points. I should be counting points. Today I am going to count points.
316.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 131.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
