I haven't weighed myself in a while and today I was down quite a bit. This has been over a month long period so my initial weight wasn't quite right. I am very thankful that I have gotten it down this far and I am very determined to keep it going.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
