Did so-so with my IF this week, did pretty well with carb cycling, better with exercise and did splurge by having a few bites of carrot cake with my family on Thursday night. Goal for this week: carb-cycle, stick to 13IF and continue with exercise increase. Have a wonderful week, everyone!!! ☀️🥾💕
