FRIDAY, JULY 27,
PHASE 1, DAY 13

WEIGHT: 113 lbs
WEIGHT GOALS:
110 lbs by July 31
105 lbs by Aug 15
100 lbs by Aug 31
FAT: 28%


Pretty good. I thought that my weight would skyrocket because of the rice. Instead, it went down by 0.5 lbs. Now I'm not saying eat rice and you'll lose weight since that's not the rule for Phase 1. Guess I just got lucky.

Well heck! I was doing soooo well. Our friends from Calgary drop by for a visit. They happened to be in town. So we had Chinese delivery. Ate fairly well (meaning to say no rice). But I did have some noodles.

TODAY I ATE/DRANK:
BREAKFAST
- stir-fry veggies
- cystal light

LUNCH
- stir-fry veggies
- cystal light

DINNER
- Chinese food
113.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Hello Granners. Thanks for the feedback. Yes, you are allowed crystal light since it has 0 sugar. It's quite helpful too in curbing the sugar craving (whether its a drink or as a popsicle). Just note that if you have allergies, it contains a sugar substitute.
