Finally got to the gym after being sick for a few weeks then doing longer-term fasting did a 3 1/2 the other day. I’m on 38 hours right now thank the Lord I have been able to not eat at night when I get home so I no longer have any desire heavy duty desire to eat before I go to sleep. Thank you, Lord.
