Under 300 nice ! Gotta keep going slow & steady this is a great way to track your calories… still hate people who never have to this … lol … but on my journey to being a healthy weight !
298.9 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb.    Still to go: 73.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
