Been careful to follow exactly what my weight expert told me to do. I cut back my carbs, increased my protein and calories. Using fatsecret site has helped because I can see what I have been doing, where I am taking in too many carbs or fat and have been able to keep in my daily calorie in take. I finally hit the balance I needed to shed two more pounds. My next objective is it begin exercising. I see my goal getting closer each day!
