Starting over. Turning 43 and I can see where my metabolism isn't my friend. So I need to exercise more. Watch my food intake and my sugar intake.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
