I have noticed that while I graze on protein bars throughout the day I actually stay quite satisfied by evening. Got a decent 20 minute work out done yesterday after a long day at work and felt real good. Seems like the home elliptical kicks my butt compared to the machines at the gym.
I'm tempted to record my new weight...seeing as I'm down a pound now..but I'm going to wait till this Saturday. I would like to be down 2...so I'll have to step it up a notch the next few days.
