So COVID doesn’t stop. Have been urinating bright orange for the last couple of days, and yesterday that landed me in the ER/hospital after concerns of kidney damage/disease. Testing still ongoing but all the IV fluid has me up 3lbs even though I just ate 900 cal yesterday. COVID stinks.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
