Yesterday, IF, 99 protein, 92 fat, 53 carbs, chicken sandwich on keto bread, coconut oil, Hilo chips, sesame chips, fairlife and HWC
153.6 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
