Yesterday, IF, 101 protein, 151 fat, 71 carbs, chicken sandwich on keto bread, sesame chips, Hilo chips, sub in a bowl, fat bomb
154.4 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week
