Tami's Journal, 13 July 2007

I started the Weight Watchers At Home Program on May 7, 2007. I followed the plan for three weeks, losing nine pounds, and then quit!! Doesn't make much sense to quit something that works!! Anyway, today is July 13, 2007, and I have decided that I must get back on track. Starting tomorrow morning, I will be dusting off my points book and tracking every food and beverage before I eat it.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I started the WW at home program last year and lost 23 pounds in 3 months then I went on a vacation and blew it. I am starting over again too. I started on Wednesday. I love the program and it really works. It's going to be great having the support from everyone here. Good Luck.
