Yesterday I had two pieces of peanut butter toast for breakfast with two large cups of tea with milk and sugar. For lunch I had a large salad and a pita with hummus. I also had to small cookies for supper I had a chicken breast and about a cup of potato salad. I also had two glasses of wine. I guess it was more than I thought but overall not terrible. I need to start writing down calories and doing more exercise. A bike ride today perhaps.
