Yesterday, IF, 115 protein, 138 fat, 32 carbs, chicken sandwich on keto bread, two fat bombs, chicken, muscle milk and HWC, string cheese
155.2 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
