Down 2 more pounds in 10 days. This losing weight is not easy. I have to stay active. Been walking about 2 miles about every other day. My body is killing me by the time I go to bed. I wonder if I hurt this bad when I was younger? I can do this! You are doing this Dar! Keep going! Stay focused...
155.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
