T-minus 13 days and counting until vacation. Need to lose at least 5 lbs ...6 would be better. I need to find that willpower again that I had this time last year!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
