Depression set in and sleepless. Today is a new day. I'll begin with a positive note each day. Don't think about negatived.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I think that’s how you have to look at weight loss-like life. It has its ups and downs. Just start fresh each new day and relish in the really great ones and strive for those!
