Day 4 completed with a 750 calorie deficit. My pace on yesterdays run was much closer to normal and I didn't finish it shattered. So it appears that a daily deficit around the same will still enable me to complete my weekly running schedule pretty much as normal.
Yesterday I did a little gardening same plan today
