Day two and another large calorie deficit of 1392. Obviously it's very nice to see immediate results. Unfortunately this will even out and I know that from the past results that my target of an average daily deficit of 700 for a whole month should give me a total loss of around 3kg.

How’s your energy levels at a large deceit each day and over each month ?🤔

Gary that's a very good question. Energy levels are something that I have not previously considered but at the end of todays seven mile run (keeping my HR below 116BPM) I was shattered and my pace was 15 seconds per KM slower than normal and slowest pace since November. I really was close to stopping and that rarely happens. So obviously there is an substantial energy level impact on me but only at running effort levels - I have felt normal otherwise. Today it looks like I will end with a smaller deficit of around 840 calories. If I can tomorrow I will try the same run for a fourth day and see how I feel.
