😂😂 I love losing wight more than gain, but I have to “Bulking”💪🏻
195.1 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.9 lb a week

Hello mario 😊 Since I want to gain muscle but in a healthy way, I stick to clean bulking which means my menu includes lean protein, high-quality carbs, healthy fats, legumes, non-starchy vegetables, cruciferous vegetables, and dark leafy greens. Plus I avoid any processed foods. My supplement now is only Whey Protein and Amino 5600. But I will be using creatine monohydrate and MAXZMA next week as I stick to high intensity and short resistance impulse training; consequently, I need more strength and a quick recovery.
