Yesterday, IF, chest workout, 97 protein, 128 fat, 25 carbs, chicken salad, keto crackers and chips with cheese, olives, butter, fairlife
156.0 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
