Sigh. Well, I did ok food-wise yesterday at our BBQ, but the poker game at our house that lasted until the wee hours of the night was my undoing. I had 2 glasses of wine at the dinner (I don't even really like wine!) along with a big salad and a burger w/o bun. But, later at night I had several handfuls of munchy snacks --chex mix, chips, cheetos, that kind of terrible yummy stuff-- and about 4 chocolate dipped strawberries. Wow, those were really delicious. I know the wine and a moderate amount of the choc. strawberries are *technically* allowed on SB phase 2, but they are really different from what I usually do.
So, that combined with missing some of my workouts last week has led to a steady weight this week. Surprised I didn't gain, honestly. I worked out really hard today, yesterday, and Tuesday... so that probably helped keep it steady.
Ah well. Another week goes by and I keep on truckin. :)
