Well considering I ate that Chobani yogurt yesterday, and imbibed in some cocktails over the weekend (vodka and selzer) I have lost 2 lbs since last Friday. This is definitely a motivator to keep at it. I guess you really can do anything if you set your mind to it. One day at a time, and slow and steady wins the race. Good day all! :)
