Well it is week one and 7lbs gone see how it goes this week.I am loosing energy. I have to drop down on weight and increase sets. Started out just doing 10mins on cardio now up to 25mins.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, it's normal, and it will come back. Make sure you drink sodium chicken broth for a day or two...and don't over-do the cardio. 20-30 min's every day is plenty! Also, you'll be able to pick back up on the weights and sets if you keep a little protein in your meals and snacks throughout the day! Good luck, and great job on week one!!!
