Thats where I am at too Chad! I can see the top ones and I can feel the other ones under there but there is just a *little* too much fat (and or loose skin) to see them. It seems like we are very close to the same with our progress. I plan to continue cutting for a least one more month and see how I look. Then it might be time to start eating some extra calories and adding some bulk.

And lifting heavier weights! I finally made it past the 'noob gains' stage on my barbell squats and am able to squat 180 lbs for 10 reps x3 sets. Being able to squat more than my bodyweight with proper form has been a big goal of mine ever since I started lifting heavy on deads. Did it last night!

Awesome Chad! I'll do my best to catch up with ya. ;) It's going to be a little while though. Right now I have to stick to dumbbell squats until I can afford my power cage. With the dumbbells I can only do 125lbs 3x10 because any more weight is to hard to hold.
