Yesterday, IF, 90 protein, 102 fat, 93 carbs, chicken salad, sesame chips, muscle milk, string cheese, chicken, Lily’s bar
150.6 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
