Have you tried papaya enzyme when you eat? It advances stomach acids into the small intestines. When I was PG I marched into a health food store asking for chewable calcium because my stomach was hurting so badly. The guy suggested papaya enzyme. I was like no just calcium. He walked over opened a bottle and handed me one and said you don’t have to pay for this but please just try it. I took it and instantly nausea/burning gone. So many people have shared this works better for them that prilosec - I’ve never taken that so don’t know. But before you take this, have you been evaluated for an ulcer, is that possible?

No I haven't tried that I will totally look into that, my pcp doesn't think I had ulcers because it's epigastric pain, according to him which is higher then my stomach. I'm thinking the cause of a lot of my issues were due to xulane the birth control patch which I took off this morning and instantly felt the epigastric pain go away a lot but I puked up bile this morning because I have eaten little to nothing the past 3 days

gastrointestinal issues run in my family and I have acid reflux disease and multiple food allergies. I used to have h pylori and I thought I got it again because my symptoms have been so close to that but I just learned yesterday no h plyori and I was kinda sad because now it'll take longer to see what's wrong if the pain wasn't all cause by my bc patch

Good that you’ve been tested for h pylori as you probably know that goes hand in hand with ulcers and gastritis. I wouldn’t rule out previous damage. I want so much to jump in here and offer more ideas, yet not being able to eat well is so central to mental and physical well being I will just continue to support your work with your doctor. However, heat (external and sip warm liquids) followed by cold at the bottom of the rib cage might give relief from gripping pain. I really hope you get this figure out soon and in the mean time I will hope you get spontaneous recovery - don’t have to know if there is no problem.

Well it's the thought that counts and I thank you so much it's probably my fault because the pantoprazole completely stopped working Monday and that's when my pain got 2 times as bad. I've been eating a lot more pizza lately in the past week then I do in a month and that's a lot of wheat which I'm not supposed to eat. It's just so hard to find anything to eat that doesn't have potato starch or corn in it. Thank you I will do the hot then cold compress!

My salvation has been Indian and Asian markets as their diet are already rice, lentil, soy based. Also fresh ginger and tumeric are so healing. Be well 🍁
