Not too bad. Went over a bit yesterday due to indulgence, but overall, didn't go over too bad. I really need to exercise more, that is my weakest point.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
