Lost over 20 lbs. last year to get under 200. Gained 15 back, Got diagnosed w/ pre-diabetes 9 days ago. It was a wake-up call. I have exercised every day but one since and probably cut my sugar intake by 2/3. I've lost nearly 6 lbs in 9 days. I won't keep that pace but once I get under 200 this time, i ain't going back!
