Hello to all my FS friends! I am still alive & kickin'! Trying to "kick" all this weight off! lol! Ahhhhhh ... it's still a daily battle of staying healthy & fit VS. eating all the things that I crave & skipping a workout! Sorry to tell you (& myself) that it never ends! UGH! But I am trying to stay focused! I've been running 3 miles 3 days a week & playing softball 1 night a week. On most days, I admit that I run so that I can eat more things! ;)
Anyway, I have to say that I am blessed beyond measure! If this weight battle of +/- 5lbs. is all I have to complain about, then so be it! Thank you, God for taking care of me & guiding me every day!
